Almost to the Finish Line!

It’s been just over a year since we lost our special friend Sally Millard, wife of former Bexley coach and Athletics Director Gene Millard. Thanks to gifts made in Sally’s memory, and those made in honor of Gene, who turned 90 on February 1, we are close to having the Millard Athletic Hall of Fame Fund fully endowed - just $1,500 away!

Sally and Gene created the Bexley High School Athletic Hall of Fame in memory of their daughter Becky Millard Attwood in 1989. Through their personal philanthropy and donations made to the Hall of Fame over the years, The Millard Family Bexley Athletic Hall of Fame Fund has been established at the Bexley Education Foundation. Once fully endowed, the fund will provide an ongoing source of support for the Athletic Hall of Fame.
