| The
Bexley Education Foundation's 2009-2010 Annual
Fund Campaign is underway, and Co-Chairs Bill
Porter and Tom Heilman have set an
ambitious goal. They hope to raise $130,000 towards
funding the BEF's grants program. At a time
when the school district must stretch every dollar
to ensure continued excellence, your contribution
to The Bexley Education Foundation will play an
increasingly important role.
The
BEF was founded on the premise that the quest
for excellence sometimes requires projects and
programs for which public funds are either not
available or cannot be spent. The Annual Fund
is the main source of revenue for BEF's grants
program, which supports such initiatives. Here
are a few of the Bexley Education Foundation
grants contributions from Bexley parents, friends
and alumni have recently funded:

Your
contribution to BEF will help teachers take
Bexley students of all abilities to the next
level in their educational development. BEF
has made more than $1 million in grants to Bexley
schools just since 2003 – about $100 per
child each year. Please explore our website
